We are partnering with a physician-founded medical practice seeking to add a Patient Coordinator to their team onsite in Buffalo, NY. If your background is heavily in creating better experiences to enhance patient satisfaction and you have a solid understanding of basic medical terminology, we want to hear from you today! Medical Assistants, LNA's, Unit Coordinators, Emergency Room Technicians, and similar roles are encouraged to apply!

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 5:00AM-1:00PM (Rotation weekends monthly)

SALARY: $19/hourly

LOCATION: Buffalo, NY (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform general data entry of billing codes into electronic medical record system
• Provide verification of insurance information and enter patient demographic information
• Support multiple clinical staff for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments
• Interact and provide exceptional customer service to all patients, clinical staff, and non-clinical staff alike

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Experienced working within healthcare setting
• Solid understanding of medical terminology
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and type for long prorated periods of time
• Must be up to date with all immunizations and COVID-19 vaccinations
